Returns

Bondage and intimate goods are personal. Health and hygiene rules apply, but we want returns to feel as discreet as the parcel that arrived. The principles below are written for clarity, not for legal cover.

The short version

  • 30 days to return an unwanted, unopened item from the day it lands with you.
  • 1-year warranty on every product. Faulty in the first three months — refund or exchange. Months 4-12 — exchange.
  • 36 hours to report a damaged or wrong-item parcel from delivery.
  • Returns travel in plain packaging to an unmarked PO box. The label says BB Trading Ltd, nothing more.

Unwanted items

You can return anything you decide isn't right within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging — including box, instructions, plastic seals and shrink wrap — is intact.
  • Items supplied in sealed hygiene packaging have not been opened. Once a hygiene seal is broken on an intimate product, we cannot resell or accept it back. This is the same rule every reputable UK retailer applies and follows UK consumer regulations on goods sealed for health protection.
  • Lingerie, latex, harnesses and clothing are returned unworn, with all tags and packaging.

Faulty items

If something arrives broken or develops a fault, write to [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photographs help. Within the first month we'll send a UK-only Freepost return address — we cover the postage. From month two onward you cover return postage; we cover the replacement back to you.

All faulty items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For obvious health reasons, anything received in a soiled state is refused and returned at the customer's cost.

How to return — step by step

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number — include a photo for damage claims. We'll confirm the return is approved.
  2. Pack the item back in its original outer carton. Include a slip with your order number inside.
  3. Send it, addressed to:

  4. Use a tracked or signed-for service. We can't refund or replace items that go missing in transit without proof of postage.
  5. Once the item arrives and passes inspection (typically 3-5 working days), we'll process the refund to your original payment method or dispatch the exchange.

What you'll be refunded

The full price of the goods. Original outbound delivery is refunded only if the item is faulty or sent in error. Return postage is your responsibility unless we've issued a Freepost address for a faulty UK return.

Refunds appear on the original payment method. PayPal refunds typically clear in 1-2 working days; card refunds 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

What we cannot accept

  • Items with hygiene seals broken or removed.
  • Lingerie, latex or clothing that has been worn.
  • Anything returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior agreement.
  • Items damaged after delivery — we can only act on damage in transit reported within 36 hours.
  • Goods returned in a soiled or unhygienic state. These will be refused.

Items returned that don't meet the policy will be held for 30 days and you'll have the option to pay return postage to get them back. After 30 days without a response they are destroyed and no refund is due.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Tell us within 36 hours if anything is damaged or missing — write to [email protected] with your order number and a photograph. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately. Past 36 hours we can still help, but the carrier is harder to hold accountable for the cost.

If you've received the wrong item by mistake, please leave the inner sealed packaging untouched until we confirm the return. Once a sealed item has been opened, we can no longer treat it as a wrong-item exchange.

Outside the United Kingdom

For international orders we cannot cover return postage in any circumstance. The 30-day window and conditions above still apply.

Discretion through the whole process

Returned items travel to an unmarked PO box; the label only ever shows BB Trading Ltd. Refund references on your card statement read BB TRADING LTD — never the brand name. If you need to discuss a return on the phone, we never identify the business in the greeting; ask for Connor or Customer Care.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the goods-sealed-for-health-protection exemption are the framework we operate under.
